I suffered a bimalleolar fracture in late April and have had an extensive surgery. Again Fernando and the Ladybug team have come to my aid. My house was beyond in dust and dirt as one can imagine after being "non-weight bearing" for nearly a month and unable to do basic chores. I contacted Fernando, explained my situation, we quickly found a good fit for both our schedules, I modified my typical request to have more personnel so it would be a quicker cleaning job, and they did not disappoint. The ladies arrived right on time, got to work and emotionally I am feeling so much better. Not only am I healing and doing better, looking around and seeing the layers of dust and dirt that I could not do anything about, was weighing heavily upon me, a bit depressed frankly. The ladies completed their tasks, and I am now sitting here so happy and relived by their extensive efforts. The floors are clean and shiny, the bathrooms are perfection and their special touches are evident everywhere. THANK YOU SO MUCH. I cannot say enough great things about this company...and even after this many years with them I am still in awe of their talents, kindness and dedication to their craft. Thank you again.....

As I wrote in my original review of Ladybug, I had made a list from Yelp of the top housecleaning services in LV and expected to go through them one by one, changing to a new company each time one failed me. Since Ladybug was the first one I tried, I'm so happy that I have never had to go back to that list! Its hard to believe I'm going on 3 years already as a happy Ladybug customer. They come every 2 weeks like clockwork and the personnel have been totally pleasant, professional and do SUCH a thorough cleaning job each time... and totally trustworthy. I was blown away by the initial cleaning they did for me in 2020 when I left my original Yelp review. The job that they've done on EVERY cleaning day since then has maintained that high level of performance... we call it the "Ladybug Effect". With Ladybug, its such a relief to not have a single worry about the house cleaning OR managing the house cleaning service myself.

I am a local Realtor and have had several bad experiences with several different cleaning companies. Ladybug cleaning has saved my life! They have done several clean out/move out cleanings for me and they are by far the most detailed, meticulous, professional, and all around great people to work with. I trust them completely, and love that I don't have to worry about a text that says "we're done and it looks great" and it looks horrible. Fernando personally has gone to each home I have referred and checks it out and sends me pics. His communication is terrific and timely. On top of them being so clean you could eat off the floors when they are done, everything smells fantastic. My only concern about writing this review is that they may get even busier and then I won't get my listings cleaned. 🙂 100% recommend Ladybug Cleaning.
