- Please ensure the home is completely empty before the cleaning appointment.
- Boxes, bags, furniture, and personal belongings should be removed to allow full access.
- Please schedule movers, repairs, and other service providers on separate days whenever possible.
- Water and power must remain on during the appointment so our team can complete the service properly.
- If utilities such as water or power are not on, our team cannot clean and a $70 cancellation fee will apply.
- Scheduling the cleaning a few days before your deadline is ideal in case touch-ups are needed.

This service is intended for vacant homes only. For best results, the home should be fully empty and utilities such as water and power must be on at the time of service.
