I have been using Ladybug Cleaning Services for the past 4 months now, and I absolutely love them. The cleaning crew(s) are always professional and sweet. They do such a thorough job cleaning my house. I love the little details as well. They leave the toilet paper and paper towels with made of flowers, and roll up all my throw blankets and place them neatly where I keep them. Vacuum the side of my couch. Fold up my weighted blanket in a cute design. They do such an amazing job! I highly recommend this cleaning service!!!! Oh, and Fernando is so sweet and helpful with the scheduling, quotes, and always available to answer any questions. I picked this based on the Yelp reviews and booking process. I loved the confirmations for the appointments, the very informative and clear contact from Fernando, and it is clear they have their processes down. Once they do the walk through and give you their quote they will stick to it. The ladies worked very hard on a very difficult house to clean, so we didn't really blame them for any slightly missed areas and even felt a little bit bad for how long and hard they worked without a break. Hopefully next time will be easier and even more spotless!

Second time I've used Ladybug Cleaning for a move out when a tenant vacated and they did an amazing job once again. I am now moving back into the home and I'm particular about how the house 'feels' in order for me to set up house. The team of two did an amazing job. The fridge, the stove and a shower door that was not kept up, are like new again after their clean. The estimate and outline of services are very clear, no surprises, and Fernando is very prompt with responding.
