"Finally...my search is over!!! I've tried over a dozen cleaning services in Las Vegas, only to be disappointed by poor results, or at times, a house that was dirtier than before they "cleaned". I will admit I am a bit compulsive about cleaning my house, and thought that I was to blame for the high expectations from a cleaning company. But, I am now relieved to know it is possible to have someone clean my home as I clean my own. Fernando, the owner, is very professional on many levels. He is great at communicating. He will listen to how you would like things cleaned in your home and relay your wishes to his staff. He is also very organized. You get a text reminder of your cleaning appointment a few days ahead, and if you need to make any changes, he is very accommodating. His staff are all polite and respectful towards your home, and will make you happy when you walk into your immaculately cleaned home. A few quick details about my cleaning...I have three full bathrooms, and one half. They all are spotless after Ladybug is done. I have over 2,000 square feet of tile to mop. You all know that is not a fun chore to do all at once. But, they will knock it out in one afternoon. I could go on, but I will just let you see for yourself what a wonderful job Ladybug does. I was so happy that I have them on an every two week schedule. I have never had anyone else that regularly in the past, because I could always do a better job. But, not anymore!! "I secured Ladybug months in advance for a "move out". They gave me a quote and a specific time on a specific day that I needed. They texted me the day before to reconfirm and called an hour before to let me know they were running a few minutes behind and would be there 30 minutes late. I had no problem with that and appreciated the notice so I could continue with what I was doing rather than wait idly. Fernando brought 2 staff members and they were all extraordinary. They did an exceptional job and finished exactly on time and were very pleasant and accommodating. When the Property Manager did the Move Out her comment was she hadn't seen as good or thorough a job in at least the last couple of years.
